“I just wanted to write to let you know that I have been extremely happy with my whole home generator that I purchased from Sentry August 1, 2011. The work was impeccable so I knew from the start I have found a great company. I also appreciate
the high quality maintenance that is offered on an ongoing basis.

My next dilemma was when my hot-water heater went out in December 2011 and Sentry came to the rescue again. Sentry brought a new hot-water heater and installed and wired it and once again did fabulous job.

The most recent purchase that I had to make was for a new heat pump and a new furnace and again I turned the Sentry. I was given an estimate and told about the different options and also about the new savings percentages that I may see on my
electric bill. I chose a new energy savings model but really wasn’t expecting to see so large a savings. I compared my monthly bills each month and from May 2014 to January 2015 I have already saved $689.47. Also; has a great maintenance agreement
available on an ongoing basis if you would prefer.

When Joey told me that it would pay for itself. I told him when it got through paying for itself to come and put it in. I am delighted to say that it has a 10 year warranty on it and by the time the warranty runs out I will have saved enough on my
electric bill to truly pay for it.

Sentry heating and air plumbing and generator have been absolutely fabulous and I am so son’y it has taken me so long to send this letter of appreciation. I am so happy that when I call them they usually come out the same day and take care of whatever the problem is. This company truly is above superior quality above all expectations and truly put their customers first.
