When we moved into our new house on a Friday morning only to find the furnace/heat completely non-functional during the below-freezing weeks of February, the Sentry team swooped in to save the day! They did an amazing job from start to finish on helping us survive the cold weekend and setting us up for long-term success. We called after finding the issue at 10:30am, had someone at the house by 1:30pm, quotes for new systems by 3pm, and a new furnace installed and heating our house by 6:30pm. They returned bright and early on Monday morning to complete the full work through, to install the AC unit we had also purchased, and to install the new thermostat. Throughout the entire process the team was communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ll be coming back to Sentry for future service.
