When both of our air conditioners stopped cooling, we looked for the name/number of an A/C repairman and happened to have kept a card from Sentry from several years prior when they were working in the neighborhood. We looked up the company, read the reviews, and decided to take a chance. They came out, checked our system, and let us know what was wrong. Due to the age of our A/C units and what it would cost to fix them, we decided it was time to replace. The process was easy and we were given multiple choices from which to choose. While the installation went smoothly, over the course of a couple of days, we did encounter issues with the way the drainage pipes coming from the A/C unit had initially been installed years prior. Jamie, James, Tristan, and Ben are the nicest, most polite, and conscientious employees. We can't say enough about Jamie and James who spent several days with us until they were able to locate the problem with the pipes. Once they did, they had the issue corrected within a couple of hours and everything has been working great! While it is expensive to replace an A/C unit, the peace of mind from knowing a company will provide great service is invaluable.
