Our 23 year old main level HVAC unit developed a freon leak and was determined to be unrepairable. The technician that performed the system check was knowledgeable and very personable – also a very effective communicator. The sales team responded later the same day and came to my home to determine the HVAC requirements that the replacement HVAC unit would have to meet. Again, the sales person was was knowledgeable and very personable – also a very effective communicator. By the end of the day I had a system replacement work order in place and an appointment for the install the following work day. The install team was prompt, polite, proficient and knew their stuff. By mid afternoon I had the replacement system up and running. In summary, Sentry is a first class customer service oriented company. Based on my most recent experience I would highly recommend them to others.
