Wow!! I am so impressed with Sentry!! Woke up to no hot water. I personally called Charlie Conklin and told him what was going on. Instead of telling me the hot water heater was out and we needed a new one, they told me that the pilot light was out from last night’s storm. I would have never known the difference. Charlie mentioned that could be the case and Tod came out and confirmed, while I was thinking we would have to buy a new one. Tod came with someone he was training and they were both so professional, polite, and honest!! We had them toilets and a few other things. Fair pricing and the best service!! Highly recommend Sentry for all of your HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs!
